Basic InstructionsContact details you enter here will receive the notifications of delivery.
Enter the customers details if you wish for us to contact them directly. Or enter your details if you wish to relay the information to your customer. The name, phone number and address provided must be that of the customer. Deliveries are made within 3-7 days from the day of the goods being available to us.
- Within 48 hours (2 working days) we will amend the proposed booking slot. - Please make sure your customer understands that the initial date proposed is typically changed to suit the delivery schedule. - The customer will then receive a further email reminder 3 days prior to the delivery. Example: john.smith@example.co.uk
- The customer will receive a call on the day 1 hour prior to arrival, or to let the customer know if we have had any delays on the road. Example: 07777 000 000

- If you are having the goods delivered directly to one of our despatch centres use the code: BBTHETFORD or BBDUDLEY - If your goods are in storage with us use the code: STORAGE
- If you are awaiting delivery of the goods then enter the date the goods will be in stock. - If the good are not held in stock and are delivered to us directly please indicate the date the goods will be received. - If your good are in storage with us then this field is N/A Example: 17/06/19
- Specify any details regarding access or customer preferences regarding delivery. Example: 3 Seat Sofa (3Mx1.5Mx1.2M) Ground floor living room. Tight access through gates.
